Maxis need to take some time on this matter

Dear Maxis,

Proudly to say that I am one of your loyal customer. It is amazing how maxis are able to become one of the leader in telco businesses. I do believe that in order for you to achieve this, you must have 3 main ingredients which is working hard, brilliant strategy and great employees.

You have amazingly capture Malaysia market and now heading towards globalization. It is great and i am proud to be Malaysian. Malaysia, a country of unity between different culture, races and religion. That is when our Prime Minister comes out with the 1 Malaysia slogan, simple but meaningful.

However, sadly to say, there is a few things need to be corrected as soon as possible. This are from my experience through this last 2 weeks as i have returning cases with your center and made some contacts with your consultant in the center.

This are the story:

I was learnt that some of your maxis center disapprove to letting go your employee on friday prayer break. Some are told that they need to perform their Friday prayer once in a 2 weeks although it is compulsory for the friday prayer to be perform on every friday. However, some have no issue in letting their staff to go, depending on their manager.

It is quite shocking that a Malaysia corporate company is doing this. This is Malaysia, customer do understand if the agent at the center is not enough on friday prayer time. They do!

I really hope that there is something that you can do to correct this. Proper guideline need to be given to all Maxis center manager so that this will not happen again.
