No Ring Tone

I have a fix line telephone since 2007. Unfortunately, lately (since previous 6~7 month) my 'home line' cannot be reliable anymore.

At the beginning , the line will disconnect whenever it raining, but the condition were getting worse, the line will "disappear" one day after the complaint made.

Luckily, nowadays peoples are not relying on the fix line. Telecom suppose to be more reliable and efficient since you are the pioneer in the Malaysia telecommunication business.

This is my 5th complaint, the previous complaint were not entertain well .Your contractor just check and repair - without thinking the problem might occur again, thus , no permanent countermeasure were taken and then the problem keep on repeating, in my industry , we call it "fire fighting". Please instruct your contractor to find the root cause of the problem and do the right action .
